Fish Fry


We need:



Any fish 10pieces

Egg 1

Ginger Garlic paste 1 1/2 sp

Corn flour 2sp

Chilli powder 1sp

Haldi 1/4 sp

Salt to taste

Veniger 1sp

Soy sauce 1 1/4 sp

Fish Masala or seasoning 1 1/2 sp

Oil to fry

Breadcrums (plain)



Method:



Marinate fish peices with egg, salt, haldi, chilli powder, fish seasoning, veniger, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste,corn flour for atleast 3hrs.

Now heat oil in pan to shallow fry fish.

Now take a piece of fish and coat it with breadcrums and fry in oil till each side browns up.

Serve hot with onions , tomato and lime.
