Paravannam


We Need:


Rice 1 cup
Jaggery/sugar 1cup
Elachi powder 1/4 sp
Milk 2cups
Almonds 4
Cashewnuts 6


Method:


Cook rice as u cook normally.
Now mash the rice and add milk and sugar.
On medium heat put this rice vessel on stove and stir so that no lumps are formed and it dosent stick on the bottom.
When the milk starts boiling add almonds, cashews and elachi powder.
Switch off the flame when the milk is completely mixed in the rice and when it becomes a smooth paste.
Serve hot or cold for up to 3 people.
