Pudding

We need:



Condensed milk 1/4 can
Evaporated milk 1 can
Sugar 1/2 cup
Eggs 2
Vanilla essence 1/2 spoon



Method:



Mix both the milks and sugar and essence. Mix well.
Beat eggs in a seperate bowl and add to milk.
Now mix well so that beaten eggs wont float on the top.
Put the idly cooker on stove and switch on the flame and add some water as u do to make idly. Now put the bowl in the cooker and close with lid.
Now steam for 25 to 30 mits.
U can make this in the normal rice cooker also.
Cool it for 30mits and serve.
This pudding can be served with fruits also.
This can be served for 2 to 3 people.
