Punukulu with Dosa batter.

We need:



Dosa batter 2cups
Sooji 3/4 cup
Onion 1/2 cup chopped
Green chillies 2 chopped
Cilantro 1/2 cup chopped
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry



Method:


Add chopped onion, green chillies and cilantro to dosa batter.
Also add sooji and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and put the batter with spoon because the batter consistency should be in such a condition that it should not be possible to put with ur hands.
Fry till golden brown.
Serve with any chutney here i have served with with home made tomato chutney.


Tip:

I used to make these punukulu with only dosa batter. But one of my friend said it comes out well when u use sooji also. And it tasted better than what i used to make.
