Matar 2 cups
Paneer 1/2 pound
Curry leaves 4
Green chillies 3
Chilli powder 1/2 sp
Garam masala 1sp ( Freshly roasted and powdered Cinnamon, Cardamom and Cloves)
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 sp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/4 cup
Cilantro 1/2 cup
Heat pan and add oil.
Cut paneer into small cubes and fry them in the oil.
Remove and place them on tissue paper so that excess oil is drained.
In the same oil add curry leaves and very finely chopped onions and green chillies.
Fry for some time and add ginger garlic paste.
Cook till raw smell disappears.
Now add tomato, haldi, chilli powder, salt and garam masala.
Mix well and cook till tomatoes are soften.
Now add matar and little water to cook well.
When the mater is almost cooked add paneer and cook for 5 more mits.
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with roti, naan etc....
