Singapore Maifun

We need:


Maifun Rice sticks 1 pkt
Green onion/ spring onion 2
Carrot 2
Bell pepper any color 1
Shallots 2
Eggs 2
Garlic chopped 2sps
Ginger chopped 2sps
Hot chilli oil 4sps( or more, depends how much spicy u want)
Soy sauce 3 sps
Salt to taste
Oil 3 sps


Method:


Add 8 cups water to sauce pan and add little oil.
Now add the Maifun sticks and bring it to boil.
Meanwhile cut all the veggies lengthwise.
Drain the excess water and keep aside.
In a wok heat 1sp oil and beat eggs. Scrumble eggs and remove to another plate.
Add 1 sp oil in the same pan and chopped ginger and garlic and saute for 2 mits.
Now add all the veggies and saute for 5 mits.
U can even add broccoli, shrimp, chicken etc according to ur taste.
Now add the scrambled eggs and mix well.
Now add soy sauce, chilli oil and little salt.
Mix well and add the cooked maifun.
Mix all the veggies and sauces well and serve hot.
Garnish with chopped green onion.
