Chinese fried rice

Chinese is one of our favorite cuisine. When we were in New Jersey we used to have Chinese at least once in a week. After moving to Los Angeles, we dint find any good Chinese restaurant, so i started cooking Chinese at home. It dint taste like proper Chinese food but my husband loved the fried rice which I made. Here is the recipe for all of u.........
We need:

Shallots 3
Carrot diced 1/4 cup
Green peas 1/2 cup
Bean sprouts 1 cup
Chopped green onion 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 1/ 8 cup
Chili sauce 1/8 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 3sps
Black pepper 1/4 sp
Cooked rice 5 cups

Method:

Heat wok and add oil.
Now add chopped shallots, carrots, peas and mix well.
Now add Rice and mix well.
If u cook the rice 1 day before, cool it and refrigerate it.
Remove the next day and prepare the fried rice. It tastes better than the freshly cooked rice.
After adding rice, add chili sauce, soy sauce, salt and crushed black pepper.
Add sprouts and mix well.
Switch off the stove and garnish with chopped green onion.
Serve hot with veg or non veg Manchurian or any Chinese side dish.
