Baked Hash Browns

Potato is my all time favorite veggi... I try to cook many different recipe with potato. But never
tried the hash browns.. As am making recipes under Guilt free theme for the BM #10, I tried the baked version of Hash browns. Here goes the recipe...

We need:

Potato's 2 large
Onion 1 small
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper powder to taste
Melted butter 2 sps

Method:

Boil and potato's and refrigerate over night.
Peel the skin off and grate the potato's.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Now chop onion very thinly and add to grated potato.
Mix well and with your hands squeeze out the excess moisture from the potato mix.
Make as small patties as shown below.
Bake these patties on 350 degrees F for 15 minutes on each side.
Serve hot with ketchup or any sauce.
