Egg Puffs

We need:

Eggs 2
Puff pastry sheets
Tomato 1 small
Onion 1 small
Chili powder1/4 sp
Salt to taste
Chopped cilantro 1/4 cup
Oil 2sps

Method:

I used 5''-5" puff pastry sheets.
Boil eggs and remove the shells out.
Cut them into 2 half's.
In a small pan add oil and add chopped onion and tomato.
Cook on medium heat and add salt and add chili powder.
Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
Finally add cilantro and mix.
Keep aside.
Now take 1 pastry sheet and top it with little tomato curry in the center and place 1/2 egg on the top as shown below.

Fold the pastry sheets as below and place them on greased baking tray.
Bake the puffs on 350 degrees F for 15 minutes on each side.
Serve hot with ketchup .
