Peanut Butter Cookies

My Son is a big fan of Peanut butter. So tried these peanut butter cookies for the 3rd day of BM#10 and the taste was super yummy....
We need:

Peanut Butter 1cup
Sugar 1 1/4 cup
Vanilla essance 3 drops
Egg 1

Method:

Mix peanut butter, egg, vanilla essance and 1 cup sugar.
Now add rest of the sugar to dough to avoid dough sticking to the bowl.
Roll into medium or small balls and place them on baking sheet or tray.
Press them gently with the fork dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 to 11 minutes.
Make sure there is 2 inches gap between each cookie.
Remove and let them rest for 10minutes.
Serve once the cookies are in room temperature.
