Aloo ka Bartha



We need:


Boiled potato 4
Onion chopped 1 1/2 cup
Green chilies chopped 2sps
Cilantro chopped 1/2 cup
Mustard oil 1 sp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1sp
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 sp


Method:


Boil and peel the skin of potato's .
In a small pan heat oil and add chopped onion and green chili.
Saute till onions turn into golden brown.
Now add mashed potato, chili powder, salt, cumin powder and mix well.
Now add chopped cilantro and serve hot with roti or rice.
I have served this aloo bharta with khasta roti.
