Pineapple Rasam


We need:


Chopped Pineapple 3sps
Chopped tomato 1 cup
Chopped cilantro 1/4 cup
Cumin powder 1/2sp
Coriander powder 1/2 sp
Pepper powder 1/4 sp
Haldi 1/4 sp
Mustard seeds 1/4 sp
Cumin seeds 1/4 sp
Udad dal 1/2 sp
Red chili 1
Oil 3sps



Method:


In a pan add water, chopped tomato, pineapple,cilantro, haldi, salt, pepper powder, cumin powder and coriander powder.


Mix well and bring it to boil.
In asmall pan heat oil add mustard, cumin, udad dal and red chili.
Fry for a minute and add to boiled rasam.
Serve hot with rice or can be consumed as soup.
