Banana Strawberry Milkshake

We usually have light and quick  breakfasts during weekdays. This recipe which am sharing today is a favorite for my family except my daughter who likes to eat strawberries and banana instead. Banana and Strawberry milkshake is delicious and quick breakfast for the busy mornings. Just blend everything together and have it. Here goes the recipe..



Ingredients:

Semi Ripe Banana 2
Fresh Strawberries 6
Milk 1 1/2 cup
Honey 2 spoons
Chia seeds 1 spoon
Soaked Almonds 5


Preparation:

Soak almonds over night and remove skin before use.
If you do not have time soak almonds in hot water for about 30 minutes and then remove skin to use.
In a blender add soaked and peeled almonds and blend well.
Now add  chopped banana and chopped strawberries.
Also add honey and blend for about 30 seconds so that the fruits becomes nice and creamy.
Now add cold milk and blend it again.
Top with Chia seeds and serve immediately.
You can even add Chia seeds while blending the fruits.
