Masala Idly

Masala Idly is a simple and quick snack or breakfast dish. Apart from idly upma, fried idly, masala idly is a a great way to use fresh or leftover idlies. Add any masala you wish to, like sambar masala, maggi masala or a simple home made masala which I made with black pepper, garlic and curry leaves.  Fried crispy idly tastes yummy with this masala. A great way to feed your fussy kids.
