Gobhi Paratha

Gobhi paratha is another popular dish from punjab, others being aloo paratha, paneer paratha etc...This dish is usually made for breakfast and served with pickle and curds on the side. Grate the cauliflower and add some spices according to your taste, cook and cool it before stuffing into paratha. Simple yet delicious paratha's are ready in just few minutes.

This recipes goes to the final day of 4th week of Blogging Marathon 86 under the theme " Stuffed flatbread from different countries".
