Chilli Chicken

We need:



Chicken Nuggets or popcorn chicken 1pound
Green capsicum 1
Onion 1
Green chillies 8
Garlic 3
Corn flour 2sps
Soy sauce 3sps
Chilli sauce 1sp
Ajinomoto 1sp
Oil 3sps
Salt to taste


Method:


Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
In large pan heat oil and add 6 green chillies which r cut lengthwise and other 2 finely chopped.
Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic. Saute for 2 mits and add onion and capsicum which r cut little smaller than the chicken pieces.
Now add soy sauce, ajinomoto and chilli sauce.
Cook for 5 mits and add chicken.
As the chicken is already cooked it dosent take much time to cook now. Will be showing how to make chicken nuggets in near future.
Now add 1 1/2 cup water. In a small bowl add corn flour and 1/2 cup water and mix well.
Now add this to the pan.

Put on medium flame and cook till the water gets thicken .
Transfer the cooked chilli chicken to serving plate and garnish with thinly sliced garlic/ green chillies/ Green onion.
Serve hot with noodles or Fried rice.
This recipe serves upto 4 people.


Tip:

Use the store bought popcorn chicken or chicken nuggets for easy process of making chilli chicken.
