Wheat & Banana Appam
Wheat flour appam are very easy to make. These soft and spongy appam can be made within no time. These can be made with all purpose flour too, but to make it healthy dish I have used whole wheat flour. It make it even more healthier I have added ripe banana puree too. Just mix all the ingredients and fry them. Here I have deep fried the appam's. You can even use the Appe pan to make these delicious appam.
